Liners
Direct warrants its acrylic bath products (i.e., bathtub
and shower liners, wall surrounds and all acrylic
accessories manufactured or supplied by Liners Direct)
to be free from defects in material and workmanship
under normal household use and service for as long as
the original purchaser owns the residence. We warrant
that the surface of all acrylic products will not fade,
yellow, crack, bubble or peel. In the event of any
defects in material or workmanship, this warranty is
limited, at Liners Direct’s option, to repair of such
defects or to the replacement (with a similar item free
from the defect in question) of the product.
In the event of any defects in material or workmanship, Liners
Direct will supply free of charge any Liners Direct
acrylic bath products or supplies necessary for the
repair or replacement of the defective product. The
dealer is solely and exclusively responsible for all
other costs of repair or replacement of the defective
product, including all installation costs for a period
of one year.
This
warranty is invalid and void if the product is chipped,
scratched, marred or otherwise damaged either
deliberately or unintentionally, or if the product is
exposed to or comes in contact with dyes, paints, inks,
cosmetics, pigments, food, paint removers, fingernail
polish removers, solvents or chemicals, cigarettes or
any heat source, abrasive pads or cleansers or cleaning
agents other than those approved by Liners Direct, as
specified below. This warranty applies to owner-occupied
residential homes only. Warranty valid only if the
acrylic bath product is installed by a Liners Direct
Certified Acrylic Technician who uses the Liners Direct
approved Fusion Installation technique and uses only
Liners Direct proprietary supplies, including but not
limited to, Liners Direct MilGuard™ Sanitary-Grade
Silicone Sealant, Liners Direct flat and round butyl
tape, and corner reinforcements. This warranty is also
invalid if the acrylic bath product has been repaired,
altered or modified by someone other than a Liners
Direct Certified Acrylic Technician or using supplies
other than Liners Direct proprietary supplies. This
warranty does not apply to replacement of any products
made necessary by misuse, negligence in maintenance
including the maintenance of all caulking seals, or the
use of non-recommended cleaners. Buyer is responsible
for periodic maintenance of caulking for finishing tub
and walls.
Notice of
any defect must be given to the company in writing
within 10 days of the time the defect becomes apparent.
The notice should be given to the dealer who install
your product.
